About the job

The Nyenrode Alumni VCV network consists of alumni from different studies, ages and industries. You will develop concepts per target group and merge the communication between the various online and offline media channels, with our own platform at the center.

You are responsible for the creation, placement and design of our content. In doing so, you will work closely with your colleagues in the Alumni Office, the editorial team of the magazine, current students and alumni to share authentic stories and connect members. Ultimately, you are the one who keeps the big picture in mind, and guards the positioning and brand value of the association.

Nyenrode Alumni VCV
Nyenrode Business University in Breukelen is one of the leading business schools in the Netherlands. The alumni who graduated in the past 70 years have united in an active alumni association with more than 6000 members.

This community is managed by the Alumni Office, which consists of a close team of four employees. Our task is to strengthen the Nyenrode Alumni Network. Among other things, we organize career-oriented events, events for our networking circles, homecomings and some sporting events. Through our social media, our interactive digital communication platform, newsletters and magazine, we maintain contact with all Nyenrodians.

The Nyenrode Alumni Association VCV works with more than 250 volunteers. These include representatives of various years and circles. For more information about the association visit www.nyenrodealumni.nl.

This is you:

  •     HBO work and thinking level;
  •     You are structured and organizationally strong;
  •     You have a natural way of writing. Preferably you have journalistic experience;
  •     You manage volunteers who help you with communication. So you are someone who knows how to connect and bring people together, even if it is online;
  •     You have an excellent command of Dutch and English;
  •     You are flexible and willing to work outside regular working hours from time to time.

What we offer

We offer you a unique workplace at one of the most beautiful locations in the Netherlands, the Nyenrode estate in Breukelen, working with a high degree of professionalism and the opportunity for your own input in an informal atmosphere.
We offer a competitive salary and 20 vacation days plus 3 extra statutory days and 7 ADV days based on full time employment.
