Following our save the date, we are excited to share the first speaker announcements for the Nyenrode Leadership Conference on June 3, 2026!

This year's theme, Beyond the Balance Sheet, challenges us to look at what truly drives organizations forward. We are proud to welcome two inspiring leaders who embody exactly that:

Joost Smits, Executive Vice President at ASML, will share his perspective on leading at the forefront of one of the world's most strategically vital companies.

Joris Beckers, Founder of Picnic, will speak about building a data-driven organization from the ground up while staying true to a people-first vision.

Together, they represent the balance between hard business performance and the human side of leadership, the very tension we will be exploring throughout the day.
